As I share my great legs story, I won’t say that I’m an expert – but I will say that my legs have always been my best feature. They are the first thing that gets noticed. And one of the reasons my husband fell in love with me at first sight!
Hi There! My name is Patricia – Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. That means we have something in common. We want Great Legs! I’m writing this website – not to brag about my legs – okay, maybe a little – but to tell you how I’ve been able to have my great legs pretty much my whole adult life. I’m even providing pictures to show you my great legs! (Let me apologize for how these pictures look. I never thought many years ago that I would be doing a website and showing pictures of myself. I would have gone to the hairdresser and posed a little better!!! ) But anyway . . .
HERE WE GO WITH MY GREAT LEGS STORY!
Here, in these two pictures, I am 30 years old. I take every opportunity to show off these sexy legs. Look how toned they are. This is when I discovered that leg workouts were essential to keeping my legs in shape.
I was using the Firm Series tapes to exercise my legs in here. This involved a lot of aerobic and step climbing exercises.
In these two pictures I’m 35 years old, four years after my son’s birth. I had a pretty busy schedule so I tried doing the Atkins diet and then 3 days a week I would do squats, lunges and crunches using hand weights. I was still told I had sexy legs. Hey, I never said I had a pretty face, just great legs! Keeping a strict schedule was key to getting my great legs here.
These two pictures are me at 40. This is where my legs story shows how I had to work harder, then when I was younger, to maintain my legs as most people do when they hit 40.
Here I started getting into body building. How do these legs look?
Pretty Hot – huh! Thinking that at the age of 40 I needed to do something drastic, I tried strength training, from a body building champion at a local gym, I learned a lot about the body and how important having muscle mass helps with losing fat and calories.
Unfortunately, within a year I discovered that my legs muscles were looking bigger than I wanted, so I dropped down in the number of days I worked out and the amount of weight I was lifting. All-in-all, I think I looked great!
And finally, these pictures show me at 45. My girlfriends were jealous of me here. What can I say, when you got them – flaunt them!
In reality I’ve had to work really hard to maintain my legs. I’m eating right, doing aerobic workouts and strength training.
As I got older my metabolism started slowing down. In order to speed up my metabolism, I do aerobic exercising everyday and then 3 days a week I do my strength training.
And, I have applied everything that I talk about here in my website.
So I hope you can see that I’ve tried different things and still can walk around with Great Legs! – and depending on how I show them off – Sexy Legs!
I’ve learned that you need to keep active and have a regular exercise routine. I want this site to be a place to come to where we can share ideas and experiences together.
I like trying new ways to do something and will be more apt to try something if I feel someone has actually tried it and can say what worked or what did not.
I hope that by sharing my legs story with you it will motivate you to spend some time looking through my website and find solutions to the areas you are looking to improve upon. I’ve tried different diets and different leg workouts.
